Solitude, an assortment of 24 units of courthouses, row houses and apartments is knitted together by a spacious central landscape. The build of the site gives it a tapered appearance at the entrance and on approaching closer, the establishment starts to pan outward

The first block of the development is lined with shops and apartments and, as the site widens, the vehicular access gives way to a parking space beyond which the landscape takes over and opens up the development’s premium units such as the studio apartments, row houses, tube houses, and courthouses.

Common amenities such as pool, children’s play area, and pavilions set in the soft/hard landscape bring the units together to create an interesting ensemble. In the process, they set forth a contemporary vocabulary for an architectural expression in the context of Goa.
